By accessing or using Amador's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

Amador is a social commerce platform that connects brands with their customers (Ambassadors) to create authentic marketing content. We provide tools and services to facilitate these connections, including campaign management, content sharing, and reward systems.

User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Content and Intellectual Property

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on our platform. By sharing content, you grant Amador and participating brands a license to use, display, and distribute your content for marketing purposes, with appropriate attribution and compensation as agreed.

Platform Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Amador platform are owned by Amador and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Share false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

Payment Terms

For Brands: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

For Ambassadors: Rewards are paid according to the terms of each campaign. Payment processing may take 7-14 business days after content approval.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amador shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
